DEEPU SINGH (MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Mr. Deepu Singh is the Managing Director of the Company and has been associated with the Company since its inception. He is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing business operations, and driving the Company's growth and development. Under his leadership, the Company continues to focus on sustainable growth and value creation for its stakeholders.

VIRENDRA JAIN (DIRECTOR)

Mr. Virendra Jain serves as a Director of the Company and has been associated with the Board since 13 June 2014. He contributes to the formulation of corporate strategies and policy decisions and provides valuable guidance in the Company's business and governance matters.

MONAM KAPOOR (INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR)

Ms. Monam Kapoor was appointed as an Independent Director on 03 October 2025. She brings an independent and objective perspective to Board deliberations and plays a significant role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with corporate governance standards.

ISH SADANA (INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR)

Mr. Ish Sadana joined the Board as an Independent Director on 03 October 2025. He provides independent judgment on matters relating to strategy, performance, risk management, and governance while safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders.

NARENDER (DIRECTOR)

Mr. Narender joined the Board of the Company on 11 July 2024 as a Director. He actively participates in the Company's strategic and operational decision-making processes and contributes towards strengthening the governance framework and business development initiatives.

NEHA TALUJA (COMPANY SECRETORY)

Ms. Neha Taluja was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on 12 May 2025. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws and assists the Board in maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

SONU KUMAR (CFO)

Mr. Sonu Kumar joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer on 19 December 2023. He oversees the Company's financial planning, accounting, budgeting, treasury management, statutory compliances, and financial reporting functions and plays a key role in strengthening the Company's financial framework.
